Payment and Shipping Information

A. Shipping Costs and Information:

By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Your order will be shipped via DHL. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.

If you wish to have it shipped to another country, please send us an email (insert email address) before placing your order and tell us the item, the quantity, the delivery address, the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within the German mainland we charge a flat rate of 5.49 euros per order. From a gross order value of 55 euros we ship free of charge.

II. Shipping outside of Germany

We deliver to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands

The shipping costs to Austria, Belgium, France, Italy and the Netherlands are a flat rate of EUR 13.99 per order.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by banks (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). 1. Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service.   • Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna has sent a monthly invoice.   • Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
  • Direct debit: The debit takes place after the goods have been shipped. You will be informed of the time by email. (Please only list those payment methods that you also offer.)

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check. 7. PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:
1. At checkout, select "PayPal" as the payment method.

3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.
